Brown Birch Bolete Leccinum Scabrum


This one took some identifying as it has a slightly purple/lilac tinge to the cap. It was nice to take a picture of something that wasn't moving for a change. The last week seems to have seen an explosion of different forms of fungi in the Nottinghamshire area, always good photographic subjects.
